Finally, a way to approach the new year with balance, optimism and a positive approach to improving your fitness.
With small workout groups, regular accountability check ins and workouts you’ll actually enjoy, this challenge will motivate you to stick with your health & fitness goals long term.
No weigh ins – No calorie counting – No burpees!
Personal Training Services
One on one personal training sessions are available for women in Brisbane’s bayside. Sessions take place in an undercover area in my beautiful backyard in Manly West.
If you live further afield, I also provide private personal training virtually and have worked with many women this way during lockdowns, as well as those located in different states of Australia.
pre & post natal group fitness in manly
I offer pre & post natal fitness classes designed specifically for women who are pregnant, or have had a baby within the last 12 months.
Trying to improve your fitness when you’re caring for a little one(s) is hard work!
Let me help make it a little easier with my empowering (rather than exhausting!) fitness classes designed specifically for busy, tired & stressed out mums.
Classes focus on rebuilding, restoring and strengthening your body for pregnancy or post childbirth.
We work from the inside-out to strengthen your pelvic floor & core while addressing any area of concern such as prolapse, abdominal separation, pelvic discomfort etc.
Classes are ideal for those who aren’t ready to step back into a gym, but want to feel stronger and prioritize a safe return to exercise after having a baby.
It doesn’t matter what size you are, or what sort of shape you are in – I offer a judgement free experience (even if it’s been 20+ years since you’ve exercised!)
If you want to be stronger, fitter and happier, I’d love to help. I work with many women who feel anxious about exercise or working out in a gym, and I’ll make sure your Personal Training experience is one where you feel listened to and supported every step of the way.
Your Fit With Sally experience begins with a comprehensive questionnaire and in-depth discussion about your health and wellbeing (including mental health), so I can work out how I can best help you to reach your goals.
When we work together, we will focus on:
- finding movement that feels good to you
- overcoming any obstacles or barriers you face
- taking better care of yourself – body, mind and soul. Think of me as your self-care coach!
