Sally

Hi, I’m Sally – a certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator based in Manly West, Brisbane.

I’m also an Award Winning Body Positive Personal Trainer, a mum, and a woman who spent years holding it all together.

I understand how trauma burrows deep into the body. I lived through it, and I’ve used breathwork to release emotions that therapy never touched.

I don’t just hold space. I lead with compassion, and  I’ll lend you my strength until you can find your own.

In my sessions, you’ll be met with warmth, safety, and zero judgment – just permission to feel what needs to be felt.

What to expect in a Session

💨 Duration: Up to 90 minutes 
💨 Format: One-on-one or small group (max 8 people) 
💨 Location: In-person in my studio in Mainly West or online (for 1:1) 
💨 Experience: You’ll get super comfy on your mat, breathe through a guided technique, and be held in a safe container to let go of emotional weight

We know trying something new can feel big. Here’s a gentle guide to help you feel more at ease.

That’s absolutely welcomed—and very normal. Breathwork often helps release emotions that have been held in for a long time. This space is gentle, non-judgmental, and created for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. If tears come, they are simply a sign that your body is letting go of what no longer serves you. You won’t be alone—I’ll be there to support you through every moment.

It’s completely okay. Breathwork can feel different every time. Sometimes it’s subtle, like a deep sense of calm or clarity. Other times, it brings more intense emotional or physical shifts. There is no right or wrong experience. Trust that your body knows exactly what it’s ready for, and it will meet you there in its own time. The process is still working, even if it doesn’t feel dramatic.

Not at all. This space is open to complete beginners as well as those more familiar with the practice. You’ll be gently guided through every step, with clear instructions and support. There’s no pressure to “do it right”—you just need to show up with an open heart. Everything else will unfold from there.
