While the delivery method may differ (with both face to face and virtual personal training available), one thing remains the same: the non-judgemental, caring support that you will receive from Sally as she guides you towards achieving your goals.

IN STUDIO PERSONAL TRAINING
Held in her body positive fitness studio in Manly West, Sally begins each session with a physical and emotional check-in, so she can adapt that day’s personal training program to suit. We all have days when we are feeling less than our best, which is why Sally makes a point of tuning into your needs – with the result that you end each session feeling better than when you started it!
Personal Training sessions are typically held during daytime hours on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Please contact Sally directly for her current availability.
If you live in the Wynnum/Manly area, your one on one personal training sessions with Sally will be conducted from an undercover area in her beautiful backyard in Manly West while her Body Positive studio is under construction (launching January 2023!)

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual support can really make a difference when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals, and the good news is that you can enjoy virtual personal training with Sally no matter where you are based in Australia.
Virtual personal training is a great way to receive the personalised support & care (plus a gentle kick up the bum for motivation!) of one of Australia’s most sought after female personal trainers.
Virtual personal training is great for you if you:
- Live outside of Brisbane
- Live in Brisbane but too far from my studio
Regardless of whether you are working face to face or virtually, Sally will gently challenge you to try different activities, and explore new ways of incorporating healthy habits into your daily life.
The care and support continues even between sessions, as she follows up with regular text messages to encourage and keep you accountable!
