We believe feeling strong and confident is more important than trending activewear or booty workouts. We relish in lifting other women up and will fiercely cheer on our teammates during hard workouts.

We’re ready with soft arms to hug you if you’ve had a bad and shout encouragement at you when you need it!

Yes, our prices are higher than most gyms. Why? Because we’re not most gyms! If you truly want to enrich your life with a positive approach to improving your mental & physical wellbeing, and you’re ready to invest, we’d love to have you.

DON'T LIKE REGULAR GYMS? WORKOUT WITH US!

You want to feel stronger. Fitter. More confident.

But regular gyms make you feel uncomfortable & nervous. You feel like an outsider, like you don’t belong.

Our community focuses on improving women’s mental health, fitness and body image through enjoyable movement that strengthens your body, mind & spirit.

After years of hearing how many women feel out of place and excluded by regular gyms, I decided to build my own fitness studio  – a safe haven & weight inclusive space for all women. 

It truly is the best little fitness space in Brisbane!

Psssst… there’s a 12 Week Minimum term!

I know what you’re thinking – why is there always a minimum term with fitness studios!?
Hear me out!

I know my approach won’t suit everyone, and that’s OK! If you’re not feeling the warm & fuzzies after having read this far, I truly wish you well on your journey!

If you’re still reading, you need to know that change takes time. 
Making a positive & lasting impact on your health & fitness, takes time.

And in the grand scheme of life, what’s three months?

Most people need about 12 weeks to let those new habits sink in & really start to see positive changes take place.

But you know what? You’ll probably actually want to stick around longer because we’re more about enjoying the cheese and wine alongside the feel good exercise – there’s no quick fixes here!

Rest assured though, if we’re not the right fit, you’re free to leave at anytime – no hard feelings. I’ll even pass along other gym recommendations!

 All I ask is for two weeks notice (my accountant made me say that!)
