I'm Sally...

 

I’m a size inclusive award-winning Personal Trainer in Brisbane
who really (really) loves cheese.

 

You might be surprised to learn that even though I’ve been a women’s personal trainer for over a decade, I’ve had my own battles with negative body image and chronic pain.

 

I’m here to help you develop a positive relationship with exercise, your mental health and body image. My online personal training program is designed for you – the woman who’s fed up with mainstream fitness apps that feature only size 8 women and cater to those who are already fit.

And... Who it's for?

✔️ Women who feel too anxious to go to a regular gym
Mainstream fitness apps & gyms often to overwhelming & anxiety inducing.
This challenge comfortably guides you toward better fitness practises, without it feeling like ‘too much.’ And because it’s an online personal training program, you can do it in the comfort of your own home!


✔️ Women who live in bigger bodies
As a Body Positive Personal Trainer with a long history of working with plus size women, I have a greater insight into how to craft a welcoming, non-judgmental and FUN experience for women in bigger bodies.

✔️ Total Beginners
You’ve tried the beginner exercises from the other fitness programs, they felt too hard, and you gave up. Then you felt guilty giving up (btw, it was never you).
My challenge caters to actual beginners who haven’t exercised since your PE teacher made you do a Skip a Thon in 1992 (imagine if you tried that now, hello to a little wee in your pants!)
Get puffed going up a flight of stairs? This is the women’s fitness challenge for you!


✔️ Women who HATE exercise
Really, this program is for YOU. I’ve been know to cure ‘exercise allergies’ of the most severe form!

✔️ Women who NEED accountability!
I touch base with you twice each week to gently keep you accountable. Done through a compassionate lens, (no yelling drill sergeant here) this is the perfect way to stay consistent with your exercise so you actually see results.

How much?

One time set up fee of $97 (resistance bands included in your welcome pack!)
$47 / week ongoing

Pssssst... there's 12 week minimum term!

I know what you’re thinking – why is there always a minimum term with fitness programs?
Hear me out! 

Quite simply –  change takes time.  
Making a positive & lasting impact on your health & fitness, takes time. 

Most people need about 12 weeks to let those new habits sink in & really start to see positive changes take place. 

But you know what? You’ll probably actually want to stick around longer because we’re more about enjoying the cheese and wine alongside the feel good exercise – there’s no quick fixes here! 

 All I ask is for two weeks’ notice (my accountant made me say that!)
