My brand new home based Personal Training studio, located in Manly West, is opening in line with my 12 week challenge on the 9th January 2023.

The studio is a weight inclusive, body positive fitness studio for women driven by inclusiveness, community, and positive movement. We offer a non-judgemental space to pursue movement where women of all sizes are respected and celebrated. There are no scales, tape measures or calorie counters in sight! 

My body positive fitness studio is perfect for you if:

  • You feel anxious or nervous going to a traditional gym
  • You’ve had a negative experience with a Personal Trainer in the past
  • You want to improve your fitness without fear of being judged
  • You want to improve your health without being weighed, measured or told to stop eating carbs!

You can work with Sally via 1:1 Personal Training or 3:1 Small Group Personal Training in her 12 week challenge (starting January 9!) 

Sally is going on maternity leave in April, so this is the only way to work with her in 2023!
